This advanced plasma treatment system designed for the surface treatment of automotive rubber seals is a self-contained unit that easily integrates into extrusion lines. PlasmaDyne generates an in air or atmospheric plasma beam to uniformly treat rubber surfaces for powerful adhesion of ink, glue, coatings, and flocking on rubber and other substrates.
This system includes:
A rugged frame houses a generator, output transformers, electrode assemblies, electrode adjustment system, guiding system, system enclosure, air supply system, control panel, air conditioning system and control system.
