Corona Treatment maximizes the adhesion ability of a wide variety of plastic substrates. Any non-conductive item that will fit in the 8.00 x 8.00" drawer will receive uniform Corona treatment of all exposed areas. That includes petri dishes, tubes, test plaques, syringes, needle hubs and anything else your customer needs. |
LabDyne Corona Treating Systems are compact, self-contained table-top systems that include an integrated generator, transformer, electrode assembly and ozone filter. This system is microprocessor controlled. The front panel has a digital read out of settings and a push button control panel.
The LabDyne process is a batch process, different sizes and shapes can be treated without set-up changes. The operator loads parts into an 8.00 x 8.00" treating drawer, when the drawer is closed the parts are automatically treated.
